November 9, 2024, Frank F. Weber, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author will give be at  speaking from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Buffalo Historical Society covering some of the bizarre facts related to his newest true crime novel, Scandal of Vandals. It is based on a case where a Twin City attorney was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife. It was once declared “the crime of the century.” The Buffalo Library is located at: 18 Lake Boulevard Northwest, Buffalo, Minnesota, 55313.

Frank will demonstrate a live lie detector test (volunteer a friend). Frank will be at the library signing and selling all of his books from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. He will also be available to answer questions on the task of writing mysteries, and to answer questions on his forensic work both before and after. Frank will be signing and selling his books.
