Tuesday, October 1, 2024 Frank will be a guest speaker at the Retired Educators Association of Minnesota (REAM) conference from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Frank F. Weber, will be speaking on the writing of true crime mysteries and the cases which led to his stories. His most recent book, Scandal of Vandals, is based on Twin Cities attorney who was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife. The case was once referred to as “the crime of the century.” Frank has profiled cold cases, and has been interviewed on investigative shows. He received the 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award from the Minnesota Psychological Association for his work.  The REAM 2024 convention is being held at the St. Cloud Holiday Inn, Monday, September 30 - Tuesday, October 1, 2024.The Holiday Inn in St. Cloud is located at: 75 37th Avenue South, St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Minnesota Supervisor’s Conference Association

Frank will be speaking to the Minnesota Supervisor’s Conference Association at Breezy Point Resort. Frank’s presentation is Addressing Mental Illness, Crisis & Behavioral Difficulties with Clients, examiming the difficulties clients with mental illness and behavioral difficulties present to human services. We will discuss effective strategies for addressing the most common forms of mental illness.  There will be a particular focus on assessment of a situation and intervention strategies.  We will also examine how addressing these situations affects professionals. Frank will share life experiences in working forensic psychology, addressing crisis clients effectively, and the importance of maintaining a sense of humor.
