Monday, September 25 through September 28, 2024, Forensic Psychologist & True Crime author Frank F. Weber will be at Norsk Hostfest, the largest Scandinavian festival in the Americas, from 9:00 a.m. to  7:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, signing and selling his true crime mysteries. He will be available to answer questions on forensics and the writing of true crime mysteries. Frank’s newest book, Scandal of Vandals, will be available at the event. Scandal of Vandals is based on a mystery once touted as the crime of the century.
