Saturday, October 19, 2024, Forensic Psychologist &True Crime Author, Frank Weber,  will be at the Twins Cities Book Festival in Minneapolis, Minnesota, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. signing books at the Midwest Independent Publishers Association  (MIPA) booth. It’s a chance to ask Frank about some of the bizarre true facts related to his newest true crime novel, Scandal of Vandals, based on a case where a Minneapolis attorney was accused of hiring a hitman to kill his wife.
